Payroll Selling Season

At the end of the year when many restaurants reevaluate their payroll providers, we aimed to create a campaign for 7shifts Payroll in a crowded, competitive market.
Unlike generic systems built for corporate environments, our message focused on empathy and understanding: restaurants operate on their own rhythm. We built the campaign around the idea that 7shifts Payroll speaks the language of restaurants—a platform created by restaurant people, for restaurant people, designed to handle the unique financial flow of the industry.
Building the brand
We leveraged the idea of a backroom restaurant bulletin board as our visual inspiration, merging together doodles, gritty photography in a polaroid style, and receipts and money to tie the theme together. The aim was to show that we knew exactly what a restaurant felt like.
